Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team.

Business Development Executive responsibilities include Developing marketing campaigns that promote a product, service or idea, Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships. Evaluating marketing campaigns and tends. Responsible for striking deals and acquiring corporate clients. Presentation of the company’s products and services to the client and/ or mass number of people and to pitch a customer on the company’s products and services Maintain regular contact with Key Clients

Education Level: Bachelor

Experience Required: More than or equals to 1 year

Other Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related applicable field.
• Self-motivated and result-driven Individual interested in Digital Advertising and Media Marketing.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a marketing/advertising agency would be preferred.
• Responsible for striking deals and acquiring corporate clients.
• Strong English and Nepali communication skills.
• Team player, because we work collaboratively.

Major responsibilities would involve dealing with probable clients from various industries, setting up & conducting meetings with the heads and convincing them to come on board.

Experience

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
